It is managed and run by a NGO called The Ghost Foundation that is supported by contributors from all over the world.
Pricing for the hosted version of Ghost varies with number of blogs and the number of views you get on your blog. It starts with a small fee of $5/month and varies accordingly. The earning which is obtained through the hosted version directly goes to the Ghost Foundation that manages the Ghost Open source project.
